I’m not sure what to book. Where do I start?
Choose a Hair Loss Assessment for scalp concerns or shedding. Choose a Custom Wig Consultation for a new unit, or a Cranial Prosthesis Consultation for medical hair loss. You can also call us for help choosing.
Can I have a virtual wig consultation?
Yes. We can discuss your preferred style, texture, fit, and construction in a virtual consultation. Choose an available consultation option when booking.
What is the wig construction turnaround?
Power Wig Lab offers wig construction for $90 when you bring your own hair, with a 48-hour turnaround. This service is construction only; customization is not included. Custom ventilated wigs are a separate service and typically take 4–6 weeks.
Do you help with insurance documentation?
We can discuss documentation for a medical wig, including a superbill and letter of medical necessity. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your plan; confirm requirements with your insurer.
Will I have to change my texture?
We discuss the texture, density, length, and look that feel like you. Bring inspiration photos and tell us what matters most.
What will my service cost?
Custom wigs start at $475; final pricing is confirmed at consultation. Current service pricing and available appointment options are shown in our booking system. Power Wig Lab construction is $90 when you bring your own hair, with a 48-hour turnaround; customization is not included. Other wig services and repairs are quoted separately.
